By registering as a TowFi Provider, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TowFi is owned and operated by Belmont General LLC. These terms govern your use of the TowFi Provider mobile application and your participation as a service provider in the TowFi network.
TowFi is a mobile platform that connects customers needing roadside assistance with independent towing service providers. TowFi facilitates the connection and handles payment processing but does NOT employ you or control how you perform services.
To register and remain active as a TowFi Provider, you must:
You acknowledge and agree that you are an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, NOT an employee of TowFi, Belmont General LLC, or any affiliated entity. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
TowFi does not provide employment benefits including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance.
As a TowFi Provider, you agree to:

You maintain control over your service pricing. Rates you set are displayed to customers through the TowFi platform. You agree to honor the rates displayed at the time a customer books service.
All customer payments are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. Customers pay through the TowFi app, and funds are transferred to your linked bank account after service completion.
TowFi charges a platform service fee of 10% on each completed transaction. This fee covers:
TowFi will issue a 1099-K or 1099-NEC form if your annual earnings meet IRS reporting thresholds. You are solely responsible for reporting all income and paying applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
To receive payments, you must complete Stripe Connect verification:

You must maintain at minimum:
You may be required to upload proof of insurance to your TowFi Provider account. Failure to maintain valid insurance will result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TowFi, Belmont General LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.
When you go online and accept jobs, your location is shared with customers so they can track your arrival. Location sharing is required while completing jobs through TowFi.
When a customer requests service through TowFi, they authorize you to access their GPS location for vehicle pickup. You agree to:
Customers may rate and review your services after each job. You acknowledge that:
If you must cancel after accepting a job, do so as soon as possible through the app. Excessive cancellations may result in:
Failing to arrive at an accepted job without cancelling is a serious violation and may result in immediate account suspension.
TowFi Provider offers optional Face ID and Touch ID for enhanced security:
You may deactivate your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. Pending payouts will be processed according to the standard schedule.
TowFi may suspend or terminate your account for:
TowFi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If a customer disputes a charge or service quality, TowFi may temporarily hold payment pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.
Any disputes between you and TowFi arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against TowFi or Belmont General LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TowFi and Belmont General LLC shall not be liable for:
